What is an FCS Fusion box?

Initially, FCS 1 or adaptable daggerboard mounts consisted of 2 separate plugs. FCS Fusions have revolutionized the strength of this type of daggerboard mounting. In fact, the 2 separate plugs can become detached from the structure in the event of severe impact, particularly in the event of side impact.
The FCS FUSION housing has a much larger surface area to attach to the structure of the board, making it very difficult to tear off, even in the event of severe impact.
All our boards are equipped with FUSION housings.
