About the ESSENTIAL SERIES 9'1 longboard

The shape of the 9'1 PRISM is very versatile. It can be used for nose riding in 30 cm as well as surfing in 1M50 and more. Its fairly flat rocker provides excellent speed in soft waves. Its sufficiently wide tail will give larger riders plenty of lift for more acceleration in tight turns. Stable and well-balanced, you'll be able to step up to the nose whenever you want.

Its 2+1 configuration (2 FCS 2 PERFORMER M side fins, 11.5 cm + 1 center fin in US configuration, size 9", 23 cm) allows for the addition of a larger center fin for greater pivot and stability in the waves.

Suitable for all body sizes and riding styles, it's a tough nut to crack for beginners and experts alike in tough conditions. A benchmark.

Our planks are laminated according to rigorous specifications to achieve greater strength with less weight:

• Air-conditioned lamination rooms guarantee ideal humidity levels, for perfect drying (greater strength with equal lamination).
• Vacuum layup with excess resin drain: fiberglass needs just the right amount of resin for impregnation. Vacuuming allows the resin to enter the fiber, and any excess is drained off. Too much resin makes the board heavier, but above all less strong, as the fiberglass becomes brittle. All our boards are 100% shaped and glassed in our factory in Asia, which replicates our manufacturing methods, and are designed and tested in our workshop in France.
