About Carbone Hybrid 6'6

The 6'6 hybrid carbon surfboard is a very light board with lots of flex. Its shape offers volume under the rider's chest to optimize wave catch, and its tail is "pinched" to optimize grip and maneuverability.

Concave hull on the front third, double concave in the middle ("air cushion" effect) and V at the rear for maneuverability.

A featherweight with a big "trigger" for this high-performance model, available in 6 other sizes.

For whom is this board suitable?

This model is designed for a weight range from 60 to 110 kg. Suitable for advanced and experienced surfers, but not ideal for beginners.

Our planks are laminated according to rigorous specifications to achieve greater strength with less weight:

• Air-conditioned lamination rooms guarantee ideal humidity levels, for perfect drying (greater strength with equal lamination).
• Vacuum lamination with excess resin drain: the fiberglass needs just the right amount of resin for impregnation. Vacuum lamination allows the resin to be drawn into the fiber, while the excess is evacuated via the drain. Because too much resin equals a heavier board, but above all one that's less solid because the fiberglass becomes brittle.
